AudioQuest is gearing up for AXPONA 2025 — April 11-13 at the Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, IL — where we'll be contributing power and cables to no fewer than 10 systems throughout the show.
We're just as excited as anyone to see and hear all the great new gear on display, and this year we're especially thrilled to be a part of some truly exceptional systems. Find us with these good friends:
- All Elite Audio: Room 704
- Hegel: Room 678
- IsoAcoustics: Room 488
- Ø-Audio: Room 490
- Saturday Audio Exchange: Innovation 1, Inspiration 1, Room 394
- Ultra Fidelis | Vandersteen: Room 1434
- Upscale Audio: Schaumburg H
- Vinnie Rossi | Rockport Technologies: Room 1427
While roaming the halls of the show, keep an eye out for our "Wired with AudioQuest" wall decals. You'll find our products wherever they are.
Proving once again that "high-end" does not have to mean "high-priced," All Elite's "Affordable Audio" Room 704 will feature three distinct systems, all comprising components with retail prices below $5,000. Guests to the room will get to experience a wide range of AudioQuest components at various prices, all representing outstanding performance and value.
In Room 490, our new friends at Ø-Audio will show their exciting Icon 12 and Frigg 02 loudspeakers, the latter having recently earned raves from respected reviewers such as The Audiophiliac, Steve Guttenberg. The speakers will be driven by Boulder Amplifiers, including the latest edition to the company’s acclaimed 1100 Series, the new 1162 amplifier, which will make its public debut at AXPONA. Flagship dCS gear will fashion beautiful sound from so-called “ones and zeros.” All cables and power will be AudioQuest’s finest: Dragon and Niagara.
In Room 1427, guests will enjoy a world-class system comprising Rockport Technologies Lynx loudspeakers ($78,000/pair) driven by Vinnie Rossi's exquisite Brama Gen2 preamplifier ($38,995) and monoblock power amplifiers ($59,995/pair). Digital sources will be the Innuos ZENith Next-Gen Streamer ($20,700) and Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC ($13,500). Stillpoints Aperture II wall treatments ($960 each) will help tame any troublesome reflections while our power and cables — including Dragon power cables, FireBird speaker cables, and ThunderBird interconnects — will create a solid foundation for beautiful music.
Did someone say "beautiful music"? We'll do our part to make good on that promise with our latest Qobuz playlist — On an AudioQuest: AXPONA 2025.
Much of the music commonly heard at hi-fi shows might rightly be considered safe or predictable, and for good reason — hi-fi shows require significant resources and investments, hotel rooms are compromised listening environments, and everyone wants their system to sound its best — but we also know that truly great music and the most memorable musical experiences are rarely safe or predictable.
So with this playlist, created and shared by Twittering Machines, AudioQuest, and our exhibiting partners at AXPONA 2025, we hope to introduce you to something that becomes a new obsession or reconnect you with something old that has never sounded so good.
Hopefully, there will be some surprises in here — but nothing too, too unsettling. See if you can guess which tracks were contributed by Twittering Machines' Michael Lavorgna and AudioQuest's Senior Director of Engineering Garth Powell!
We hope to see you at the show.
