Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy only applies to merchandise offered by and purchased from AudioQuest.com,  and is inapplicable to the sale of AudioQuest products purchased elsewhere. 

Products offered by AudioQuest.com are only available to customers in the United States. AudioQuest.com offers Fedex shipping to all US states. We cannot ship to addresses outside the US, nor do we ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. All products ship from our warehouse in Irvine, California 92614. 

Orders for in stock items will be processed within 24 business hours and typically shipped within two business days of being processed (excluding weekends and holidays). Choosing an expedited shipping method does not guarantee expedited order processing. Please take this into consideration when selecting an expedited shipping method. Average transit time is 5-7 days depending on your shipping location. 

Your state may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges. At the time of shipment, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the email address associated with your order. We ship Monday - Friday; weekends and US holidays do not count as business days.

Possible shipping delays may occur during peak holiday seasons, promotional events, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances out of our control, and AudioQuest assumes no liability for delays of any kind, regardless of cause. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note the delivery address cannot be revised once the order has shipped. If your package is refused for any reason, you will be refunded the cost of the product but remain responsible for all shipping charges.

All shipments, regardless of weight or cost, require a signature upon delivery. This policy is in place to ensure that your order is securely delivered to you. Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling the delivery or for picking up the package at a designated location.

AudioQuest reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery of any packages.  

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any point before it has shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipment containing tracking information. Once your order has shipped, the Return Policy will apply. 

AudioQuest may cancel any order for any reason. Some reasons include the product ordered is out of stock and there are no plans for restocking that item, errors in pricing or availability, payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution.  

Customers Outside of the United States

Customers in all other countries desiring to purchase merchandise offered by AudioQuest.com must order through an Authorized AudioQuest Dealer or Distributor in their country. Authorized AudioQuest Dealers and Distributors independently develop their own operating policies, including whether to obtain or maintain inventory of the merchandise items available at AudioQuest.com.
