Position Summary

AudioQuest is seeking a Full-Time Regional Product and Sales Educator that will be based in either Texas or Southern California to make daily visits to National consumer electronics locations, primarily performing educational seminars and spending time educating sales teams about AudioQuest products and building enthusiasm through highly effective demonstrations.

As a member of the AudioQuest Education team, you will support our National Accounts with AudioQuest product and sales education.

In this role, you will...

Train and Educate

  • Conduct regular training sessions for dealers, both in-person and virtually, to ensure comprehensive knowledge of AudioQuest products.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials, presentations, and workshops tailored to various audiences.
  • Organize and lead hands-on demonstrations and interactive sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our products.

Support Dealers and Customers

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about AudioQuest products.
  • Assist dealers in setting up and optimizing in-store displays and demo areas to highlight AudioQuest products effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with dealers to ensure a positive and collaborative partnership.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AudioQuest products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all AudioQuest products, providing accurate and detailed information to dealers and customers.

Support Internal Teams and Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and opportunities to enhance dealer performance.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive product adoption and sales growth.
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and dealer meetings to promote AudioQuest products and build brand awareness.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, dealer performance, and market trends.
  • Contribute to the creation of training manuals, guides, and other educational resources.

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual
  • Retail experience, CE Sales and/or CI experience preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills 
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Love for travel, networking, and meeting new people 
  • Passion for music and the joy it brings to people 
  • Team player with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solver
  • Someone that will be based in Texas or Southern California

Qualifications

  • Based in Texas or Southern California
  • Proven experience in sales training, product education, or a similar role within the audio/video industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Passion for audio and video technology and a deep understanding of AudioQuest products.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.

Working Conditions and Environment

  • Moderate travel by car and air within the territory
  • Will be required to drive own vehicle locally with company reimbursement (as outlined in company procedures manual) for wear and tear 
  • Must have vehicle and clean driving record 
  • May be asked to wear safety glasses or observe OSHA requirements in specified areas of the company

Physical Job Requirements:

  • Sitting: Must be able to sit for a minimum of 2 hours
  • Walking: Throughout the facility on an as needed basis.
  • Lifting/Carrying: Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
  • Climbing: Must be able to climb stairs.
  • Talking/Hearing: Must be able to effectively communicate on the telephone.

Salary: $80,000-$105,000 per year
